Andrew Gatley

Meet Andrew Gatley, the Founder and Director of First Class HR Solutions. With a diverse background ranging from large international corporations to small family-run operations, Andrew brings a wealth of experience to the table.

No task is too small or large for us to handle—we are dedicated to ensuring the best experience for your business, fostering growth!

Andrew Gatley, a specialist Learning and Development Manager and HR Generalist with over 10 years of experience, has contributed to numerous large organizations. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in both Government and Private Sectors, he passionately aligns strategies to meet business objectives. Andrew extends his expertise to charitable and not-for-profit sectors, with involvement in multiple award-winning projects.

Throughout his career, Andrew has been both an in-house professional and a specialist contractor for renowned companies, including Cater Care Group, Compass Group, Optus, Allphones Group, Petstock/Petspiration Group, San Churro, Australian Venue Company, Regal Automotive Holdings Group, Big W, Kmart, and the NSW Department of Education & Training.

Specialising in Food and Beverage, Hospitality, Events Management, Retail, and Aged Care (Catering), Andrew focuses on Food Safety Management Systems and business turnarounds through his consulting services. He upholds best practices through continuous development and professional membership with the Institute of Managers and Leaders.

Andrew's portfolio includes award-winning projects acknowledged by Learn X, Australian Hotels Association, and AITD. He has designed specialized programs in Leadership & Management, Hospitality, Retail, Diversity & Inclusion, and Human Resources.

As a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders and a Professional Member of the AHRI, Andrew's commitment to excellence extends to his service on the NSW Divisional Council for the Australian Institute of Training and Development in 2017-18.
