Position Overview:
We are currently preparing for multiple senior sales manager positions within our esteemed client companies. As a senior sales manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue generation, leading sales teams, and establishing long-lasting relationships with clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets, while mentoring and motivating a team of high-performing sales professionals.

Responsibilities Include;

- Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Stay informed about competitors' activities and industry developments, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience as a successful sales manager or in a senior sales leadership role.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data and market insights to inform decision-making.

  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Driver’s Licence
